(further “Notes”)

announces the beginning of the Payment of Interest for the first Fixed Rate Interest Period lasting from
July 12^th, 2022 (this day including) till July 12^th, 2023 (this day excluding) on July 12^th, 2023.

Payment Reference Date for the Payment of Interest: June 12^th, 2023; Ex-Coupon date: June 13^th, 2023.

The Eligible Receiver(s) means Holders which are recorded in the Holder´s Registry by the Payment Reference Date stated above at the close of business and which are eligible for payments under the Terms and Conditions of the Notes.

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes the payments to the Eligible Receivers will be realized by means of wire transfer to their bank account as provided by the respective Eligible Receiver to the Fiscal and Principal Paying Agent.

The payment Instruction including all up-to-date relevant documents, beneficial ownership’s declaration and an original or a certified copy of the tax residency certificate for the relevant tax period should be delivered at the address of the Fiscal and Principal Paying Agent´s Specified Office mentioned below no later than 5 (five) Business Days before the relevant Payment Day of interest, i.e. on July 3^rd, 2023 at the latest.
