Intel Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

SANTA CLARA, Calif., July 16, 2009 – Intel Corporation's board of directors has declared a 14 cents per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend will be payable on Sept. 1, 2009 to stockholders of record on Aug. 7, 2009.
