CETV Announces 2Q09 Earnings Release And Teleconference

Hamilton, Bermuda - July 22, 2009 - Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. ("CME") (Nasdaq/Prague Stock Exchange: CETV) announced today that it will release its second quarter 2009 financial results before U.S. market hours on Wednesday, July 29, 2009.

CME will also host a teleconference to discuss its second quarter 2009 results on Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at 9 a.m. New York time (2 p.m. London and 3 p.m. Prague time). The teleconference will refer to presentation slides which will be available on CME's website www.cetv-net.com prior to the call.
