NWR: Announcement of Grant of options

The Board of Directors of New World Resources N.V. ("NWR" or the "Company"), approved yesterday the grant of options to several eligible employees of the Company, in accordance with its stock option plan for Executive Directors, senior management and key employees (the "SOP") as described in NWR's Remuneration Report for 2008.

A total of 1,742,631 options were awarded in a total monetary value of GBP 5,128,618 (approximately EUR 5,722,627).

 

The options vest over a three-year period subject to the satisfaction of the relevant performance conditions. The exercise price of the options is GBP 7.1280.
