Intragroup Reorganisation of Majority Shareholder Group

New World Resources N.V. ("NWR") announces it has been informed by BXR Mining B.V. ("BXRM"), the holder of 168,274,654 A shares in NWR (representing approximately 63.66% of the voting rights of the issued ordinary A shares) that, further to an intragroup reorganisation on 14 April 2010, BXR Group Limited has replaced RPG Partners Limited as the ultimate parent company of BXRM. There is no change in the ultimate ownership of BXRM.
