Notification of First Quarter 2010 Results

Amsterdam, 19 April 2010 - New World Resources N.V. ("NWR" or the "Company"), Central Europe's leading hard coal and coke producer, will announce its First Quarter 2010 results on Wednesday 19 May 2010.

Marek Jelinek, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer will host a conference call on the same day, Wednesday 19 May at 11:00 CET / 10:00 BST. A live webcast of the conference call will also be made available on the Company's website at www.newworldresources.eu.
