(further “Notes”)

based on the decision about the Early Redemption at the Option of the Issuer in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions of the Notes published on May 12^th, 2026 (https://www.csas.cz/en/documents-to-download#/1017/Multi-Issuer-Programme) announces the beginning of the Payment of Principal and Payment of Interest for the fourth Fixed Rate Interest Period lasting from July 12^th, 2025 (this day including) till July 12^th, 2026 (this day excluding) on July 12^th, 2026, resp. July 13^th, 2026.

Payment Reference Date: June 12^th, 2026; Ex-date: June 13^th, 2026.

The Eligible Receiver(s) means Holders which are recorded in the Holder´s Registry by the Payment Reference Date stated above at the close of business and which are eligible for payments under the Terms and Conditions of the Notes.

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes the payments to the Eligible Receivers will be realized by means of wire transfer to their bank account as provided by the respective Eligible Receiver to the Fiscal and Principal Paying Agent.

The payment Instruction including all up-to-date relevant documents, beneficial ownership’s declaration and an original or a certified copy of the tax residency certificate for the relevant tax period should be delivered at the address of the Fiscal and Principal Paying Agent´s Specified Office mentioned below no later than 5 (five) Business Days before the relevant Payment Day of interest, i.e. on July 3^rd, 2026 at the latest.
