Avto Metals/Cool Chips/Power Chips

We are having trouble operating our test equipment.

We very likely will have to go outside to get Kelvin Probe Measurements.

The equipment is actually trivial but we have done serious damage to two

sets of Kelvin Probe 'heads'.

These are just standard problems that happen when one runs scientific

experiments.

Any CalTech, or University of Moscow PhD before 1990 in any of the standard

physical sciences who got anywhere near Kelvin Probe work can do this work

in their sleep. We have to get independent verification in any event.

Any bright ideas? I found the guy we needed but his current contract

forbids a bit of moon lighting. Please call either of us with suggestions,

leads or comments. Thanks!!!

As we reported last week we are just delighted with the results up to this

point.

Please read the below summary of the tests to date before the physical test

equipment problems of last week.

"The second round of tests, which were conducted last week, was successful!

These tests are necessary but not sufficient to prove the science and to

build working devices.

We have much better characterizations of the "Avto Effect".

Looks like next week we will be doing Kelvin Probe work. If this confirms

our visual evidence to date we will proceed to the building of Power ChipsT.

This will probably take less than two months but there are a lot of

variables here that are out of our control.

Our first goal is to build a Power Chip which has double digit efficiency.

The basic thermal electric power producing device, in normal operation

operates at 5% or less of Carnot Thermal Efficiency. Our initial devices

will at least double this efficiency and we expect to get at least an order

of magnitude increase in the Carnot Thermal Efficiency. Instead of it taking

20 watts of heat to produce 1 watt of electric power, with Power Chips we

will product at least 10 watts of electric power from 20 watts of heat.

The implications are simply wonderful.

We have to get through the next set of tests. This cannot become a reality

till the work on the ground verifies that we are right. So far superb

results!

If the Kelvin Probe work is successful we will be offering TO QUALIFIED

PURCHASERS under signed "Investment Letters", and no offer of shares is

hereby made, a maximum of 500,000 shares each of Cool Chips plc, Avto

Metals plc and Power Chips plc at US$20/share. This US$30 million should

give the companies enough funding to go cash flow and earnings positive and

become real players in their respective markets."

Again we are working hard to get the initial Kelvin Probe Results. These

kinds of problems happen all the time with the kind of scientific work in

which we are engaged.

Click under Trading where we are listed as Borealis. There are not nearly

enough bids; we have had as many as 100,000 shares on the bid since listing.

We need bids and offers on the PSE with trading. We really want trading on

the PSE.

Every US Broker should be able to trade on the PSE electronically. The same

should be true for all brokers from Shanghai to Toronto.

We have tried to provide, everyone with instructions for each individual

broker so they can trade BOREY on the Prague Stock Exchange. Remember the

brokers have shown that they do not want to trade BOREY in Prague. We need

to get all the machines reset, which is not trivial. We have basically

failed in this effort so far.
